New Student Application

This form is for families that have been notified that their names were drawn from the February Lottery Application Process.

Please complete the Lottery Application if you are NOT already receiving a M.O.S.T. Scholarship UNLESS you have a child applying for the high school McDonnell Scholarship.

Please Note:

M.O.S.T. will not be accepting delinquent paperwork. Please double-check deadline dates.

Per the M.O.S.T. handbook, families receiving a M.O.S.T. scholarship must have applied for school financial aid.

Please make sure that acowens@memphisscholarships.org and snorton@memphisscholarships.org are on your Safe Senders List so emails do not go to your Spam folder.
