2024 Senior Reception Sponsor

May 15, 2024 | Dixon gallery & gardens

The M.O.S.T. Senior Reception is our opportunity to recognize seniors who have been a part of our organization for 6-14 years of their education. It is an evening where both donors and scholarship recipients and their families come together to celebrate each other.

$2,500 per student

McDonnell Scholarship

For the 2024-25 school year, MOST will have 25 McDonnell Scholars

In addition to the need-based M.O.S.T. Scholarship, the McDonnell Scholars program provides a merit-based scholarship to student leaders in grades 9-12. Through a rigorous application process, we choose five rising ninth-grade students who have exhibited high academic achievement and leadership potential to receive an additional scholarship of up to $2,500 towards tuition, fees, books, technology, and other educational needs.

Give a Donation

Donate to the M.O.S.T. mission: giving Memphis-area families the opportunity to send their children to the schools that best fit their needs.

Join the Memphis changemakers that are providing real options for hardworking students and families.

M.O.S.T. fulfills its mission of providing scholarships and information about Memphis-area schools through the generosity of M.O.S.T. founder Robert M. Solmson, Children’s Scholarship Fund, and our growing number of other friends: individuals, groups, foundations, and corporations.

We work hard to keep our administrative costs low so that as much of our funding as possible can go directly to scholarships. In fact, the support of our board members and the proceeds from our annual golf tournament underwrite administrative costs so other unrestricted gifts are directed to scholarships for students.
