To determine your eligibility, find your household size on the left side of the chart. You must be able to prove you are financially responsible for all individuals you list as part of your household, either by claiming them on your tax return or by providing a birth certificate (listing you as the parent) or a court custody document. If your total household income (adjusted gross income on your tax return, any government assistance, child support, etc.) is more than the figure on the far right of that row, you are over income and therefore are not eligible.

If you fall into one of the income ranges for your household size, that indicates what percentage of tuition MOST would pay, up to a maximum of $1850 for grades K-8 and $2150 for grades 9-11. (Example: For a household of four, if your total household income is $40,000, you would be eligible for a 25% scholarship. If tuition less any school financial aid for a 1st grader is $5000, your scholarship would be $1250. However if tuition is $8000, then you max out at $1850.)
